Thomas C. DiLiberti, MD
Dr. DiLiberti is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of disorders of the hand, wrist, and elbow in adults and children. His areas of focus include fractures, sports injuries, tendinitis, arthritis, and nerve compression syndromes such as carpal tunnel syndrome. He provides both non-surgical and surgical treatment options. After completing his undergraduate studies at Stanford University, Dr. DiLiberti graduated from medical school in Houston, TX. He then completed his orthopedic residency at Baylor College of Medicine. In 1997, he completed his hand and microvascular surgery fellowship at the University of California in San Diego.
Dr. DiLiberti also holds a Certificate of Added Qualification in hand surgery and is a member of both the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and the American Society for Surgery of the Hand. He is honored by his peers as a “D Best Doctor” in D magazine. He acts as the hand surgery consultant for the Texas Rangers and the Dallas Stars. He also acts as the hand surgery consultant for SMU athletics. Dr. DiLiberti has published scientific articles as well as lectured at national meetings.

Kimberly K. Mezera, MD
Kimberly Mezera, MD, grew up in Wisconsin; in 1987, she graduated from the University of North Texas and received her medical degree and training at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. She completed her residency for general surgery at Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas and then finalized her expertise in hand and micro-vascular procedures at the prestigious Hand Fellowship Hospital for Special Surgery in New York, New York.
Dr. Mezera is recognized not only as a leader in her industry, but she has a love for teaching others as well. As the director of Parkland’s hand and upper extremity services, she has spent over 13 years teaching residents about the latest techniques and procedures for helping patients recover from fractures, lacerations, tendon injuries, soft tissue and nerve damage. Dr. Mezera is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon who specializes in the treatment of hand and upper extremity conditions, including pediatric cases. She has been honored by D Magazine as “Best” by her peers and in Texas Monthly for the past several years as a top physician.

Megan M. Wood, MD
Dr. Wood is a board-certified, fellowship trained orthopedic surgeon specializing in surgery of the hand, wrist, elbow and upper extremity. She is a Dallas native who studied at The University of California, Berkeley and returned home to attend medical school at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, also the home of her orthopedic surgery residency. After her residency, she completed a fellowship in hand and microvascular surgery under the tutelage of Dr. David Green at The Hand Center of San Antonio and UTHSCSA. She also received additional training in pediatric and congenital hand conditions at Texas Scottish Rite Hospital.
Dr. Wood has published scientific articles and book chapters on various orthopedic and hand-related topics, and she has served as a Clinical Assistant Professor at UT Southwestern Medical School for the Department of Orthopedic Surgery. She is an active and engaged member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and the American Society for Surgery of the Hand.

Ashley Hartley, PA-C
Ashley Hartley, PA-C is a nationally certified physician assistant who is passionate about helping others advance in the medical field and providing her patients with the utmost quality and care. Ms. Hartley completed her undergraduate education at Texas Woman’s University and earned her master’s degree in physician assistant studies at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. She is board certified by the NCCPA and a current member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Texas Academy of Physician Assistants.
She has been working in orthopedics since 2012, has trained many physician assistants in the same field, and mentored numerous students through the years.
When she is not working, you will find her with her husband and two boys exploring the world or just the backyard.
